An ARLA letting agency found me a tenant which I was managing myself but three months later he walked into the letting agency and returned his keys. He said he did not want the property any more. I phoned to him and he confirmed he had left and said I could go to court to collect any money owing. Can I now enter the property to check for damage and can I relet it asap to minimise any losses?
