I have a tenant who is in arrears to the tune of approximately £1,000.00. She will pay 3 weeks then miss 2. I would like to send her a letter adding interest to her arrears, and getting her set up a payment programme. Is there a standard method for going about this ? Or does anyone have any suggestion as to what is the best way to proceed.I use a standard RLA tenancy agreement.
