Prospective tenant should complete his house sale at end of Jan and would like to move into one of our rented houses a couple of weeks before. He has asked if a clause can be put in Agreement that he will not be held to 6 month AST if the sale falls through. He would pay a months rent in advance. This has never cropped up before in 12 years and I'm not too happy about it. If I agree how would I word it??

Many thanks
