Hi,

I have a new tenant who moved in on the 1st Nov and they have missed their Dec rent. They are now 29 days over due and despite letters going out and a promise from them to pay immediately - nothing has been done. I have sent a third letter today requesting paymenty immediately for th outstanding amount and that they pay Jan in cleared funds on the 1st Jan 09. I also said that if I did not receive funds I would serve notice on them.

Can you please let me know if there is anything else I can do or should have done?

Many thanks,
Heather
