I have a tenant that recieves benefit direct from the council.The idea is she then pays housing benefit to the landlord.
The tenant has not paid this for over 8 weeks contiually giving plausable and unbelieveable reasons.
I am about to serve a section 8 should I contact the council also.
is there any way council will make an exception and pay rent to the landlords direct.
