I wish you can help me with these problem!

We issued section 21 notice by tenants request,this went through
the normal court procedure and the tenant was also issued with a date
of eviction.however to cut the story short the tenant requested us
if she could still live in the property...changing her mind. We
decided to let her stay as it was conveniant for us.She was dss
tenant.

However,She has found a job now and her housing benefit allowance has been reduced drastically. She is also not willing to pay from her
salary.

So do i issue her with section 21 ?

If so what date do i need ot put if her new tenancy began on 20th October 2008 ?
