Hi there,

I have a tenant that is two months in arrear and I have wrote to her asking for payment.
I sent the letter recorded delivery but she has not collected probably knowing it is from me and can't be good news.
I now leave across the road from the flat I am renting out so I know she is home and she simply chose to ignore it.

What can I do if I am to issue the Section 8 but she won't collect it ?
