I have tenants who unfortunately are in rent arrears of just under the specified 2 months. They have a years contract, but I would like to evict them now before I go to live abroad, otherwise their present £1600 arrears would be a lot more. The court case to try and evict them would be expensive. Which I can ill afford, would I be able to re-claim these fees as well as my rent arrears. The family are still living in my property and have been there for 6 months.
Why are landlords suffering??? The system is a mess!!!!
