Hi, I wonder if anyone can help!
We have an attatchment of earings on an ex tennant from hell who works for a well known USA bank, based in the UK. This was granted five months ago and I have been dealing direct with CAPS (Centralised Attachment Of Earnings Payment System). As of yet we have not recieved any payment from them. Caps have contacted them on numerous occasions and have been told lie after lie. Saying its been sent or its on its way or just not replying to the emails.
Caps have told us to go back to our local Court to see if they can do anything further.

What would be your advice for our next steps as we feel going back to our Court will be a waste of time. Should we write direct to her employer and explain what has gone on and ask why they haven't replied to Caps. It seems wrong that an employer blatently ignores the Courts request for money.

Any advice would be appriciated, Thanks.
