and still owing me rent? I suppose the answer's obvious. And what can I do if, as I suspect, they have sold the furniture in these circs? And how long can they actually continue to sit in the house, after a court ruling and a call from the bailliffs? I assume they are not physically "put out on the street" by strongarm tactics?

If they have sold the furniture is it a criminal matter? Would the police ever take action?
