Hi i have had a tennant who moved in on the 07-05-10 when she moved she paid £620 deposit (should have been £1240) she is claiming housing benifit, to date she is not paying rent on time & i think she is getting benifits paid directley to herself.
I spoke to the local housing office & they could not discuss her claim with me and frankly where not bothered about the fact that she was not paying her rent.
The property is £620 PCM

Payments Due
07-05-10 £1240

Payments to date
07-05-10 £620.00
07-07-10 £500.00
21/07/10 £300.00
