Tenant moved into house 29th march2010. Had no rental payment april 29th.rang, written ,sent texts and no answer, Tenant in employment to my knowledge.I couldnt just let him have the property without doing anything so yesterday I sued online for rent. Has anyone had similar experience and could share with me the best way forward. Thanks.
