We have seen an increase in the number of tenants who vacate properties and leave rents outstanding. Whilst we have taken legal action, and in the majority of cases had some of the arrears repaid, we wonder whether we can lodge details of the tenants / amounts owing with a credit reference agency in an effort to identify the issues to other landlords.
