I rent out my 5 bedroom property to students in Scarborough. The term is 46 weeks from september 1st. The rent is paid in three instalments, one in september, one in january and one in april.

One of the student's has just contacted me to say he will be moving out and will not be there when the 3rd instalment of his rent is due.

I have a Lawpack England and Wales tenancy agreement and a £200 deposit from each of them. Please can anyone assist in this matter.
