Arrears Payment Schedule

One of our tenants has in excess of £1200-00 rent arrears as he lost his job. We have issued a section 8 notice and were about to issue all the documents for the courts when the tenant has asked to pay off the arrears weekly. Is there such a form on the RLA site which gives the correct wording to use when creating a repayment schedule?
