Good Evening! Like many other landlords, I have been thinking about selling up and for this reason I have not rented out one property which is coming up for a remortgage. My question is, will this be an issue when / if I come to remortgage once my present rate expires?  I have been told that this should not be a problem but would love views of fellow investors who perhaps have been in this position?

Its been a tough year and I thought it best to leave the property empty in order to achieve a faster sale. Many thanks for any feedback and I hope all landlords are making their way through these turbulent waters.
