Death of a tenant

My tenant was relocated to a hospice and has unfortunately died recently.  All her belongings are still in my property. I contacted her daughter who lives abroad and she said she does not need anything that has been left.

It all happened so quickly, I did not have a chance to get a deed of surrender from my tenant.  Does the fact that she was relocated to hospice mean that she surrendered the property and technically was not my tenant anymore?

What is the way forward? Can I re-let? What would you advise me to do with belongins of the deceased?
