can anyone  explain why despite my repeated complaints & members wanting to know 'why', that the green heart button is not operating....NO ONE has?

Common courtesty is being ignored when members concerns, questions & frustrated complaints are published on the forum & NO ONE thinks the silence from yourselves is detrimental. No one takes the initiative to field questions about poor quality service, or poor performance of a new product. My credulity was stretched to breaking point when a rrequest was ignored, then many months later [when I reminded again] was answered in erratic gobbledy-gook.

As per instructions was requested to submit this enquiry to 'online enquiry/landlord advice/NRLA'

That is impossible to do apparently.

Is the NRLA now operating in chaos?
