Few Questions In Relation To Serving Section21

Hi, I am in preparation to serve S21 soon so currently going through the check list of what needs to be in order before serving this. 

The 1st AST tenancy started 01/09/2022 for 6months we provided the gas safety certificate, the how to rent guide at the time, and the EPC (which we later found out had expired), we also protected the deposit within the 30days and email went out with the certificate and the other information however never knew had to physically give the certificate, prescribed information sheet and T&C’s. The second tenancy started 01/03/2023 again for 6 months but as we never knew about the additional parts deposit protection we never served this again. When this second tenancy ended on 31/08/2023 we had not signed a new tenancy and left it in a periodic state till this day.

Since then we have renewed the gas safety certificate which was originally emailed from the gas registered company, which we also gave a physical copy to the tenant themselves but no photo/video to prove during October 2023. The latest 'How to Rent Guide' I had posted this in the letter box but in the pictures/videos to make it evident it is the right property the door number is not displayed during November 2023, The EPC is now renewed May 2024 and we have served this and taken photo/video of this but again not got the door number and background of me posting this just got the letterbox but can just about make out it is that door.

So the questions are;
1) As we haven’t got the door number or further background pictures/videos of me posting these in the letterbox, do I need to re-serve all these again before I serve the S21 or are these okay as stated of how they have been served?

2) The original EPC was expired and unknown to us at the time, but since we have renewed the EPC, would this make the S21 invalid?

3) I want to serve the S21 next week, by re-serving anything with better pictures/videos with the door number and further background would it all be too close in time to re-serving all these documents and then the actual S21?

4) With the existing pictures/videos of posting and the door mostly of the letterbox part is this enough to be recognisable still even though the door number not visible? 

5) With the DPS prescribed infomration sheet there is a section where the tenants need to sign, do they still need to do this now or do we as landlord just sign and date it to todays date and post it?
