We recently went to court and finally managed to evict our tenant, however she is owing rather a lot of money! She keeps promising to pay us £200 on a four weekly bases, however as yet her promises are empty. The courts say we can do a attachment of earnings, however we are unsure if this is the right course of action, does anyone know if this is or do you know of a better route?
