hi, i have taken on a new tennant on the 12th of july 09, she has paid me one months rent in advance (£575) and a deposit of £720 wich i have given to the dps deposit scheme.
on the 12th of august she has paid me £340 . and i have also found out that she is keeping two dogs at the property wich i did not agree to. i have been to the tenant two times to ask to bring her rent up to date but she has not. she also said on the last visit that i am harrasing her.to day is the 26th of august . please advice what i should do thks. can i evict her. thks shebaz
