Hi all,

Looking at a 1 bed studio flat in the Marco island development in Nottingham. The figures stack up quite nicely (monthly income not long term capital gains) the apartment itself is ok. Just needs a lick of paint after last tenant vacated just a few days ago. Done all my research and it seems to tick most boxes. But, I just cannot shake this feeling of it not being the right choice. Am wondering if anyone here has investments there or had them previously and would be happy to share their experiences, would be much appreciated
