We have a tenant who has not paid their rent since October. As a result of this and complaints about anti-social behaviour we ended up going to court where successfully had an Order for Possession granted and rent arrears. The tenants have ignored this and so County Court bailiffs will be attending the property with locksmiths to obtain possession. Once we have obtained possession, could anyone suggest what is usually then the most effective way to recover arrears? Many thanks.
