Problems with tenant, she went on holiday and her rent is weeks late i have contacted her several times when i am going o see my rent.

I got a bit shirty and said pay your rent or i will get another tenant, she threatened my with her squatters rights and she will keep the rent ... I tried to calm down the situation and she said she will deliver the rent tomorrow?? but i kind of doubt it..

what would be the best way to handle it?
