I just cant believe this organisation is suposed to support landlords. First they support removal of s21 notices and actively encourage this. Now they want Local Authorities to carry out more enfircememt notrices. This is not helping landlords. Whose side is this organisation supporting? Is the NRLA a tenant group masquerading as a Landlord group?

Ben Beadle has just called for such action, and previuously said that stopping s21 from being removed was like pissing in the wind, to quote his words. A majority of members surveyed said they didnt want it removed, yet  he still persisted agreeing to its removal. He needs to listen to those that pay his wages ie us. This rolling over and dying will only lead to the Labour party thinking it can  further and further with NRLA no doubt agreeng, or even worse encouraging,  whatever Labour wish.
