We have a tenant with a Housing Hand guarantor service that they are drawing on. They have never paid their rent on time in 6 months so are persistently late (disretionary ground 11) and are now 4 months in arrears, although HH have made 3 payments. The question is, does the court recognise the HH payments as rent payments?
