Dear Forum.

I've just read that Angela Rayner has vowed to abolish S21 evictions on the very first day following Labour's anticipated election victory on 4th July.

I have an outstanding S21 eviction order for one of my properties, with court-appointed bailiffs and a locksmith booked for 1st July.

Would it be possible for this pending eviction to be cancelled if the eviction date is postponed beyond 4th July by the bailiff office.
