So, I am representing myself. I have a tenant in my HMO refusing to leave and in arrears. I served him notice, he did not leave. I have since applied online for a possession order. I have got a court date in July. I doubt the tenant will come to court. What can I expect to happen on the day? I am nervous!

Also, court have not asked for any additional paperwork to what was filled in online. I am assuming I need to have the tenancy agreement with me and a rent statement, anything else? Please share your experience if you have been through this before...
