I recently sent a Tenant a final letter giving them 28 days to pay the rent owed and including the amount due. I've now found out the amount is incorrect, there was another month owing, and would like to amend the letter to include the new total. Can I do this and still keep to the original 28 days notice? Or do I have to write another final letter and start the 28 days from today's date?
