Hi there,

I am just in the process of signing up a new tenant for one of my properties.

I have met them at the initial viewing but its the 1st time I've had to do all the paperwork remotely as they live 300 miles away and won't be back again until moving in day.

Always in the past I've done face to face in person Right to Rent checks so I've not used Identification Document Validation Technology (IDVT) before - just wondered if there was anything in partiular I need to look out for or be aware of.

My incoming tenant does have a UK Passprt.

Many thanks in advance.
