If opinion is to be belived, it now looks certain that Labour will be in power next month. As we know, they are not landlord friendly (not that the Tories were either!) so as a result, it will become even more difficult for us landlords that remian in the PRS going forward.

Even Ben Beadle has admitted this previously, so is it now time that the NRLA stop wasting time, money and resources trying to make out they can have influence on govenment policy and start concentrating on what they CAN do for landlords?

Perhaps they should ask the members what they would like them to do?

Improve this forum would be a start!

They don't seem to have managed to increase the membership numbers to anything significant in the last few years and I would have thought if the PRS declines, so will the NRLA membership numbers also.

I'm hearing all the time how members are leaving as they are not happy with the NRLA or because they are leaving the sector, but I accept that may only be a small number overall.

I just think change of direction is needed. Or perhap I'm on my own with that thinking?
