My dad passed away in 2013 at which point I inherited half the house but had no right to actually access that half while my mum was alive. She passed away in 2019, after which I inherited the entire house and converted it to a HMO. I discovered last week that my parents are still on the Land Registry as regards this house. I need to change that and it has to go through probate, the problem is how do get valuations for 2013 and 2019?
