Rent arrears after Court Order

Having obtained a Court order for possession for rent arrears & a financial order for the arrears, the tenant then leaves on their own or by Bailiff. You now have the property back. However, they are not paying the arrears of rent which you have a Court order for.

What is the next step or procedure to try and obtain the arrears?
