Hi, I have a tenant of over 8 years.  Her daughter went to uni and fell ill, and returned home.  Her chemo treatment is now finished and thank fully worked, however her mobility is less at the moment, however hopes to return to uni in September.  I have had a request for a walk-in shower, an automatic toilet wash and dry and a stairlift.  The house is really a 2 bedroom terraced, but once they moved in used the lounge as a bedroom and now used as a 3 bed, which seemed fine with a young family.  Now the house is not sufficiently big enough for them.  Not only that issue but they are hoarders and the place is full of mess and not well kept.  I have been trying to get the mice issue looked at as they reported on my last visit - a company turned up put traps in the house but said would need to return once they cleared faeces and rubbish in the garden - that visit has been postponed twice now as tenants keep saying not done yet. The window latch is broken and my glazers never can get trough or that tenants will not bother to call them.  How can i force the tenants to clear up so that work can be carried out.
