Fire Safety

I'm having significant issues with the management company, and the builder of the block where I own a flat that I have let, and I wonder if anyone here has been in a similar situation?

The builder (Barratt) has admitted to a fault regarding the cladding (yes, cladding) that is applied to the building, and they "say" they will fix it at their cost.  However, it is taking an age to get them to do anything about it.  It is being dealt with by the management company, but they do not seem to be gaining any traction with getting Barratt to come and resolve the significant fire issues at the building.

I'm trying to understand how I can get anything done?!?  I realise this is vague and I apologise for that.  At the very least, I'm hoping to stimulate a little discussion here.

My thanks in advance for any advice on this issue.
