eviction mistake?

I have just served s21 notice today.  

When I go back to my file and check everythng this is what I am worried about.  I have no proof of serving epc, gas cert or how to rent guide at the start of the tenancy which was 31 10 2016.  I have the first and continuous gas certs.  I had a valid epc at the time but it expired February 2024.  

I would really like to get this one through before 4 July to make this eviction Angela Rayner proof.  Should I try and get a new epc and serve it on the tenant plus right to rent and proove service , followed by re serve s21.

Or (easier) serve old now expired epc plus H2 rent prooving service.

Or let it go and hope for the best.

The context is this is a good tenant who I will probably let have another 5 years but I want a PO in my file before I lose the right to simple eviction.
