I have an order for possession - my tenant being required to leave in 5 days time. He has significant rent arrears and refuses to communicate with me.

How should I be approching him with regards to his move out of the property? Do I just wait and hope he goes or do I seek to arrange a time on the day he's required to leave to collect the keys etc?

I am not certain he will actually move out on the required day and realise I may need to involve baliffs etc, but what's the best way to deal with matters at this stage? Guidance please.
