I'm about to take over management of a property from a letting agent. As I don't live in the same city as the property, and have a small child, I'm concerned I'll spend a lot of time sorting out maintenance issues. Would hiring a property management company be worthwhile? Any idea of the typical pricing structure of these companies? I'd be interested to hear anyone's experience of these companies or maintaining a property from a distance. Thanks!
