Hi Guys

sorry to ask a silly question.

I am a landlord with a Tenant with rent arrears of about 5,000.00 GBP

I have a repossession order and the bailiffs are scheduled to be on site to take my property back on this Tuesday.

the neighbours tells me the tenants have not shown any signs that they are moving out.

Can the tenants do anything to stop the bailiffs from taking the property back?

ie an injunction, refuse to leave or some other legal loop hole?

Many Thanks
