We formed a RTM company a few years ago. There has only been 1 meeting with the members! WE ARE FED UP! There are rumours that one or more of the directors are 'in' with the service management company! Strangely, when we checked on Companies House, the RTM has remained dormant and has never prepared any accounts. Despite the fact that I have paid over £31,000 over these 7 years? 1. How can we get rid of the current Directors (what are the requirements). Can we apply the normal company legislation or are there special rules for a RTM company? 2. How can we get rid of the Service Management Company. Presumably once we got rid of the Directors, the new Directors can decide if they want to carry out the managing of the flats themselves or give it to another company. 3. Can the NRLA legal team assist?
