Yes, I see what you are saying and thats what I thought but as they are always moving into rental accommodation - its hard to follow them on and they just dump most of the people they owe money to the history bin.

He is self employed and she works - they have 2 children and I know they have a string of other debts they have run up.

I thought £80 wasn't too much to pay to reclaim my £2300 - which will be closer to £4000 by the time they move out - but realistically its probably going to be good money after bad. Not an easy road is it for the good landlord.
