I have a tenant who is now £2,500 in arrears. (£800pcm)

My letting agent now believes the tenant has no intension of clearing the backlog and suspect the tenant plans on leaving without notice.

Recently the tenant became the licencee of a pub nearby:
1) What action do you recommend to retrieve the arrears?
2) If she is served a Court Claim for the debt, will that/could that invalidate/threaten her alcohol license?
