Hello all. I have finally received a possession order from the court. The District Judge made the following order: That the Tenant provide the Landlord with possession of the property within 14 days of today’s hearing, on or before 17th July 2024 That the Tenant pay the Landlord the sum of £4,349.70 on or before 17th July 2024 and also pays the Landlord use and occupation of £25.89 per day from 29th July 2024 until vacant possession That the deposit registered with the DPS under certificate number *** be paid to the Landlord in diminution of the rent arrears That the Tenant pays the Landlord costs assessed in the sum of £1,231.00 I don't expect the tenant to miraculously find any of this money or even move out by the 17th so its likely i will need to file a warrant of possession for a bailiff appointment . My question relates to the next steps of trying to recoup the above costs once the tenant does leave. How do I go about it exactly? The tenant isn't working currently that I'm aware of. Thanks for any advise
