Hi.
I wish to terminate a tenancy.
The tenant moved into the property on the 22nd February and effectively paid 6 weeks rent to bring the payment date to the 1st of each month.
Could you tell me what dates I need to put on the section 21 notice. I intend to serve the notice on the 1st of March.
The 6 months tenancy agreement has expired and tenancy is on a rolling month by month basis.
