If a landlord invokes a break clause in an ASTA is the tenant still bound to pay the rent until the date stipulated on the S21NRP or can (s)he then leave earlier and only pay to the date of moving out? It seems unfair to reduce the time the tenant thought (s)he could remain in the property and then expect the tenant to synchronise the premature change of address with the date stipulated by the landlord.
