It is a shame when one engages an estate agent to manage
and find a tenant.
this has occured to a friend of mine.
The tenant referenced and insured by paragon
because the tenant signed in two slightly different names , not spotted by those being paid to do the job , tenant defaults, |Rental nsurance refuses to pay, because of maladministration by themselves
Can anyone throw some advice this way please
