I need to serve a Section 21 notice and have seen from your helpful guidance that it is important to get the date right
My tenant signed the agreement on the 20th December 2007 but the effective date for the tenency to start was the 24th December 2007
Which is the date I should use please as the end of the periodic tenancy ?
