I currently have a tenant who entered into a 6-month owner occupier tenancy agreement on 01/07/2011 paying a months rent and half a month deposit. However now he is looking for every excuse not to pay the rent identifying one thing or the other that needs to be done before paying the rent. I agreed to the first issue he brought up but now he is bringing something else up.
Which of sections 8 or 21 will be best to use in making demand for the rent and seeking possession?
