Hello, i used your ASH tenancy agreement with my tenants, the 6 months have passed so it is now ongoing, i need the property back by 20th Aug 1012, the tenancy start date is 16th April 2010

My question is do If serve the
HOUSING ACT 1988
Section 21(4)(A)NOTICE REQUIRING POSSESSION OF A DWELLING-HOUSE LET UNDER AN ASSURED SHORTHOLD
TENANCY – (for use after the expiry of the fixed term of a tenancy agreement)

form on them either today or tomorrow, is there anything else i need to say or give to them?
