Using one of your tenenacy agreements assured shorthold we signed tenant up from 17/7/10 to 16/1/11

He is still in flat and everything was fine until we visited this week and discovered the place is beyond filthy.

Also found he has moved a woman in with him.

I want to serve Section 21 Notice, can you please give me the relevent dates as i find it quite confusing.

Where do we stand with her as she is not on tenancy and we did not give permission for her to live there.
